Sundowner Hotel Motel

The Sundowner is located on the Lincoln Highway in Whyalla SA and is part of the multi state Barreau Hotel Group.  Hosts Marilyn & Phillip Abbott run a first class establishment with new and recently renovated motel units and a legendry dinning service in the hotel complex which is complete with a series of bars and a gaming room.  Importantly for racers they can accommodate cars / trailer setups and (in a secure adjoining yard) semi’s & transporters.  Many of the SA drag racing fraternity stay there so it pays to book.  We highly recommend the Sundowner whether on holidays or going racing.
